What is peanut butter powder? Can you use just peanut butter?

Peanut butter powder is used to make protein drinks, you can find it at Walmart or any Supermarket. I was trying to use it in some cooking. I’m not sure how using regular peanut butter will turn out since it’s dense, the “mousse” might not turn out as light & fluffy. You might be able to blend peanut nuts in a blender to make a powder, but it will be a little more greasy than the store bought kind. (A food processor will just make a paste consistency)
