Peanut Butter Mousse Brownies “Jersey Girl Knows Best”
Who doesn’t love peanut butter and chocolate together?! I know I do! This combo was so decadent and satisfied my peanut butter and chocolate craving! 😋This recipe has a few simple ingredients that you may already have on hand. Ready?! Let’s do this! 🥜🍫
This one is simple, I prepared one box of brownie mix according to the box directions for fudge brownies with a few added ingredients to make these even more flavorful. Scroll down to see the add ins under tips!
These are the peanut butter mousse ingredients. I had everything in my pantry and refrigerator.
After mixing the dry ingredients, I add in the milk.
Here I gently fold in the peanut butter flavored pudding mix to the extra creamy whipped topping!
Spread the peanut butter mousse on top of the cooled brownie in an even layer.
Now add chopped peanut butter cups to the top. I used dark chocolate peanut cups! 🤪

Brownie bottom layer
- 1 box dark chocolate brownie mix, according to package directions for a fudgey brownie.
Peanut Butter Mousse
- 1 box Vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup peanut powder
- 1 cup extra creamy whipped topping
Topping
- 10 chopped dark chocolate peanut butter cups

Peanut Butter Mousse
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add milk and mix to combine.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spread over brownie bottom and sprinkle top with chopped dark chocolate peanut butter cups.
Tips
- Add 1 tsp. Espresso powder and 1 tsp. Vanilla extract to your brownie batter before baking.
