Golden Pan Brownies

I have been searching for a cookie recipe that wasn't too sweet as my hubby is going through chemo and his taste buds have changed. The man that loved sweets no longer wants them sweet. I remembered this recipe my family use to make a long time ago and thought I would give it a try. He loved them said they were not too sweet and just right. When I tasted the batter I loved it so I knew it would be good. It is a simple recipe and a one pan recipe so that is definitely a win. First you cream the butter and add your sugars in. Then add in your eggs one at a time and your vanilla. Then sift your dry ingredients together and add to the wet mixture. Add in your chocolate chips and stir to combine. Bake at 350 degrees for about thirty minutes. Cool completely and cut into serving size pieces.

They are really a moist cake like brownie. They come out raised up and deflate quite a bit.

Cream your butter and sugars together.

Add in your eggs one at a time.

Then dry ingredients.

Cream it all together.

Add in whatever chips you want. I added some milk chocolate chips and some semi sweet.

I sprayed my pan first.

You can see how moist they are here. I put mine in a small cake pan but you can use a jelly roll pan or small cookie sheet for thinner brownines.
