Cast Iron Pan Apple and Pear Crisp

6 Servings
1 hr

My husband finally bought himself a cast iron pan ( like this one) and now he can't stop cooking and baking in it. He makes some really great dishes, however our favorite recipe is his apple and pear crisp.

It's amazing and it leaves the house smelling like cinnamon and sugar. That's an added bonus.

He just took my old reliable apple crisp recipe and made it his own by adding a pear and Granny Smith apples.

It's a super simple recipe - like my 5 minute blueberry pie - that he makes every year around the holidays, but would be just as good anytime of the year

It's definitely worth a try!
