Loving autumnal mornings and the flavours that come along with it. There is something so cosy about the shift from summer foods to autumnal foods here in the UK. This recipe is great to make use of the seasonal apples on offer in the shops at the moment, and feels like a bit of a treat. I use a small amount of coconut flour in this recipe since it provides quite a lovely texture and taste, but feel free to omit it entirely and just use plain flour.
