This Apple Crumb cake is moist, deliciously spiced, layered and topped with a delicious crunchy crumble which is perfect for serving at house party or any occasions. Just serve it warm with a scoop of ice-cream and your delicious dessert is ready to serve.

It took me several tries to get this apple crumb cake just the way I wanted. Before arranging the dice apple over the batter, I toss them gently in brown sugar and cinnamon. It helps them cook perfectly between the layers of the cake and the topping. Next, above the diced apple sprinkle lots of crumb topping on top and bake! You can also have it at room temperature for a simple afternoon tea.
