Cranberry Orange Bread
The recipe listed only makes 1 loaf, about 12 slices. I usually double it to make 2 loaves; one to eat now and one to pop in the freezer or as a Holiday gift. ( I used a standard size loaf pan here in the U.S., 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2")
Tip: Freeze your bag of fresh cranberries, and you can chop them much easier.
