Made this recipe tonight and it is delicious! I don’t have a cast iron pan, so I sprayed a nonstick pan with canola oil every 4 tortillas- magic! The perfect accompaniment for our meal. 😃

Can you freeze the uncooked dough?

I have not tried freezing this uncooked dough before. I'm not sure if it will work. I probably wouldn't recommend it. But you can freeze the cooked tortillas and defrost as needed!
