This smoothie is the right balance of fruits, vegetables, and seeds, packed with nutrients, fibers, vitamins, antioxidants and it will become your daily power drink to warm you up and lift up your mood.

This recipes calls for some superfood powders which you don't have to use all, pick and choose what is available for you! You can also choose to add a serving of protein.

  • - 1 cup milk
  • - 1 frozen banana
  • - 1 cup spinach
  • - 1 cup frozen mangoes (or peaches or pineapple)
  • - 1 kiwi
  • - 1 tbsp maca powder
  • - 1 tbsp moringa
  • - 1 scoop collagen protein (optional)
  • - handful hemp seeds for garnish
  • - water to reach desired consistency 

- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until well combined. Note: Save some of the hempseeds for garnish!
