  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 2 clementines, peeled and broken into slices
  • 1/2 cup of vanilla greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or the sweetener of your choice)

  • 1-2 cups of ice cubes
Instructions
To Make Orange and Banana Smoothie
Add the coconut water and clementines into the blender and blend for 15-20 seconds.
Add the yogurt, and honey and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
With the blender running on low, add ice cubes a few at a time through the hole in the blender lid, and blend then continually up the speed as the ice cubes break down.
Taste and adjust for sweetener and add more honey and ice cubes as needed to get to your desired taste and consistency.
