- 1 15 oz can Coconut milk
- 1 Banana, optional
Instructions

This looks so good! I would probably add a bit of cottage cheese to up the protein some. Also, I just wanted to mention that I have the same blender as you. I see you are holding the spindle on top of the blade with your finger in the photo. My husband did that after the blender had been running for a while and got very badly burned as it was very hot. Please be careful, friend!
