I keep riced cauliflower in my freezer and have even used it for make-ahead smoothie packs.

If you prefer to make your own riced cauliflower you can do it in a few easy steps but remember you can use any frozen cauliflower in these smoothies. It doesn't have to be riced cauliflower.
- Wash the raw cauliflower florets.
