Time to make some smoothies!

Smoothies are all the rage nowadays and I can't say I blame it! They are the perfect quick start to any day or a quick pick-me-up in the afternoon. You can pretty much make any kind of smoothie you want by combining your favorite ingredients together.

While some smoothies may have a bit more ingredients, this one is pretty simple and straightforward. It's base is bananas and it's combined with your choice of milk, some low-fat vanilla yogurt, rolled oats and honey for a touch of sweetness. I even like a little sprinkle of cinnamon on top... Yum!

Can't wait for your to blend this one up tomorrow morning!
