I am a big fan of smoothie bowls for breakfast. I have one for breakfast almost everyday. I do work on variations and flavors to keep things interesting. I always take advantage of the seasonal fruits to try to keep my smoothie as organic as possible, my visit to the farmers market is always an exciting one to discover what's available and inform my upcoming recipes.

This one is one of my green smoothie variations, I call it Green Goddess because it includes a good amount of (green) superfoods such as spirulina, moringa., maca You can omit some of them if unavailable and you can also add protein powder and enjoy it as a post workout meal. It also has hemp seeds and a range of nutritious fruits and vegetables.

The avocado gives it a creamy texture, and the psyllium husk strengthens the elasticity of this smoothie to make it purely enjoyable as a pudding. The toppings are my favorite part as I see it an opportunity to be creative and create a pretty bowl! I topped mine with goji berries, coconut flakes, kiwi, rose petals, etc.

Plant based, dairy free, gluten free smoothie bowl. Would you try this?
