This recipe is perfect for those, who just like me, cannot take "hot chocolate" made with water and some sort of cocoa powder. This hot chocolate recipe is made for Holiday cheers, cold cozy nights, talks in front of the fireplace or a camp fire.
I used dark chocolate for this recipe, as I find milk chocolate to be a little too sweet for my taste but you can go for whatever chocolate tastes best for you. Rather its white chocolate, milk, 40%, 50% or even 80%, the chocolate ratio will be the same, the taste will be the only thing changing.
Whipped cream on top to finish it off is highly recommended!
If you like decadent, thick and real hot chocolate, check out this recipe (:

Tastes like real hot chocolate that I got in Paris! Yummy
Way too rich for husband or me! I do mix cream with milk and use Drost chocolate powder with a little stevia and vanilla
