Coffee creamers in the stores have extra preservatives and ingredients that I prefer to avoid. This is an easy coffee creamer recipe made easier by using the Instant Pot. It even has real pumpkin in it!

I used to make my coffee creamer on the stove, but this is easier. I just put the ingredients in the Instant Pot and let it do the work.

This recipe is also easy to customize. You can make it sugar free or dairy free if you prefer. I have some tips in my Instant Pot pumpkin spice coffee creamer recipe post.

I use it for hot coffee and for cold brew lattes. This makes about 2 cups of creamer, so it should last about a week, depending on how much coffee you drink.

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

In a medium sized bow, whisk the heavy whipping cream, sweetened condensed milk. milk, and vanilla.
Add the pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice to the milk mixture. Whisk well.
Divide the mixture between 2 pint sized mason jars.
Add one cup of water to the liner of your Instant Pot. Place the trivet inside.
Place the mason jars on the trivet.
Close the lid on the Instant Pot and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 1 minutes
When it is done, let naturally release. Once all of the pressure is released, take off the lid. Use a hot pad to remove the jars and let cool completely.
