Ingredients
- 2 large red tomatoes, diced
- 2 large cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing (I used Olive Garden Light Dressing)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix tomatoes, cucumbers and feta cheese together in a large bowl.
- Add Italian dressing and toss until fully combined.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
