Chana Masala is a dish I recently stumbled upon yet fell in love with almost instantly! It's made with chickpeas, tomatoes and many warm spices. The flavors and texture is beyond amazing and I love how cozy this dish is. It's part of Indian cuisine; "Chana" means chickpeas and "masala" means a blend of spices. This is a super hearty dish and is insanely easy to make. There are only a minimal amount of ingredients needed and all of the ingredients used in this recipe are most likely already in your home. What size can of chickpeas?
my husband and I loved this revise. I had all the ingredients in the pantry; but I did not use curry because I do not like the taste of it, but I added garlic powder and three handful of fresh spinach.
