One of my favorite snacks and sides, air fried green beans is a delicious vegetable-forward dish that deserves recognition! Lightly seasoned with extra virgin olive oil, coarse sea salt, garlic powder, and a little black pepper (if desired), these green beans are flavorful without being overpowering.

What you'll love:

  1. It's so easy to make, you'll feel like frying a batch every day (we do!).
  2. If you're prepping for a crowd, making these in the air fryer will free up other appliances for different dishes.
  3. These are great for a snack or side!
  4. The texture is a great mix of crunchy and "juicy."
  5. Suitable for most diets, including those who are vegan and gluten-free!

♻️ Green beans are typically an easier vegetable to buy local, or grow yourself, making them an environmentally-friendly choice!
