Vegan Cauliflower Steaks
Vegan Cauliflower Steaks are SO good!
It’s not secret that I’ve been trying to incorporate more plant-based meals in my diet.
When I’m eating plant based, I have more energy, feel less sluggish, and overall feel better!
At first, this was hard.
Moving away from meat at every meal was a big change. I was so used to having meat be the center of my meal – having that reduced forced me to get creative.
Luckily, I found a shocking saving grace to make my meals more delicious and creative.
Cauliflower!
My favorite thing about using this veggie is that it really adapts to the spices that you’re using.
You can put any flair that you’d like in terms of spices and cauliflower will be the star of your plate.
It also gets a reallllly nice crunch that I LOVE after it’s baked or gilled. Yum.
You could serve these steaks with rice, steamed veggies, and your favorite sauce.
