Easy Buffalo Cauliflower

4 servings
25 min

I love hot wings and after a breast cancer diagnosis, I have moved to a more plant-based diet. This awesome buffalo cauliflower is a new favorite food for my husband and me. You can see more of my crazy creations here

You'll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 head cauliflower
  • Franks Red Hot Sauce to taste

Wash your cauliflower head and break the cauliflower florets apart into small sections, and place it into a large bowl. Add Frank’s Red Hot Sauce. We like our wings spicy so I used 1/3 cup. You can adjust this to your style and taste.

Stir and toss all of the ingredients until all of the cauliflower is coated.

Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and bake the cauliflower for approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

Pull out of the oven and let the cauliflower cool slightly, then serve.
