1 pound fresh or frozen broccoli

1-2 T extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp ground black pepper

1/2 tsp minced garlic

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese



Preheat oven to 425 degrees.


Chop broccoli into florets and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.


Spread broccoli onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.



Roast for 18-22 minutes or until broccoli is fork-tender.

How to Make Crockpot Mashed Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes.

Smash the garlic cloves and add to the crockpot along with the chopped potatoes.
