High Protein “Snickers” Frozen Yogurt

I am such a dessert girl, it is hard for me not to eat something sweet after a meal but I know it’s important to be mindful when it comes to desserts. No need to feel guilty eating this “snickers” frozen yogurt! The Greek yogurt is high in protein, the peanut butter and coconut oil have good fats, the dark chocolate is high in iron, and the nuts are good fiber, so it is a pretty well balanced and healthy snack to have. Plus it tastes delicious! You can use peanuts to give it that snickers style, but I also like using walnuts or almonds. I also usually add some flax, chia, and hemp seeds for extra nutrients.

Mix together yogurt and peanut butter.

Add melted chocolate.

Top with nuts.

Freeze and enjoy!

  • 1 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp dark chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp nuts

Mix together vanilla Greek yogurt and peanut butter.
In the microwave, melt the chocolate and the coconut oil together.
Pour over the yogurt.
Add peanuts or whatever nuts you’d like.
Freeze for about an hour.
