- thin rice cakes
- dark chocolate chips
- caramel chips
- almond butter
- coconut oil
- sugar free gummy bears or sprinkles for decor
You can customize this recipe and add your favorite garnish decor depending on the holiday. Perfect for Christmas or Hanukah too, just add the color sprinkles and enjoy!

Crispy "Halloween" Protein Snacks
Recipe details
Ingredients
- 4 thin rice crackers
- 1/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp of caramel chips
- 2 Tsp of coconut oil
- 1 small pack of Halloween gummies
- 4 tsp almond butter
Instructions
- Get 2 small glass bowl add the chocolate chips in one with 1 tsp of coconut oil, and the sea salt caramel chips and coconut oil in the other
- Melt in the microwave for about 1 minute, stir
- Grab 1 rice cake add a layer of almond butter, then cover with dark chocolate melt. Then add a few dots of melted sea salt caramel and with a toothpick do swirls
- Top off with sprinkles or any sugar free gummies.
- Put int he freezer or fridge for about 10 minutes
