Ingredients

Salad

  • Salad greens, any kind you like
  • 1 navel orange peeled and sliced into thin slices
  • 1 blood orange, peeled and sliced into thin slices
  • 1 clementine peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 Kiwi sliced
  • 1 Avocado sliced
  • 1 Grapefruit peeled and sliced (optional) 

Dressing

  • Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tbsp apply cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp basil
  • Honey to taste
  • salt to taste

Instructions


In a large plate add greens
Add all fruit
Add avocado
Mix the dressing in a separate container and shake well
Drizzle dressing on top of salad
Enjoy :)

Tips

  • Don't add dressing until you're ready to have the salad
