Caesar Salad Recipe

Who loves caesar salad??? Years ago my husband and I created this Caesar salad recipe, and it’s still one of our favorites today. You can see more of my crazy creations here
Ingredients needed
2 Heads of Romaine Lettuce
½ tube of anchovy paste
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
½ C. olive oil
1 egg
½ t. salt
¼ t. ground mustard
¼ t. black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
½ C. Parmesan cheese
Here are the instructions
Wash the lettuce and pull of spine, tear it into bite-size pieces, and place it into a large bowl.
In a measuring cup, mix together
½ tube of anchovy paste
1 t. minced garlic
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
½ C. olive oil
1 egg
½ t. salt
¼ t. ground mustard
¼ t. black pepper
1 T. lemon juice
Pour the dressing over lettuce, add ½ C. Parmesan cheese.
Toss and serve.
You can serve just like this, or you can add some rotisserie chicken if you like. It makes a quick and healthy meal.

- 1 egg
- ½ t. salt
- ¼ t. ground mustard
- ¼ t. black pepper
- 1 T. lemon juice
Instructions

- Pour the dressing over lettuce, add ½ C. Parmesan cheese.
- Toss and serve.
