This is one of the best chicken wings you can make. It is juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. They are truly finger lickin’ good! I love a classic buffalo wing, but if you are looking for a healthier alternative and just as good, look no further!

This chicken wing is perfect. I know what you are thinking, adding baking powder in with the seasoning?! DO IT! I swear, it makes the skin of the chicken so crispy that it gives it so much flavor and an amazing crunch. Also the combination of the paprika and the chili powder is great.

You can buy chicken wings already cut up or whole. I used the whole wings which consists of the drum, the double boned wing, and the tip. You do not need to cut them up but if you do, do it after you grill!

Preheat the grill to 350°F.

Pat the chicken wings dry. Put the rest of the ingredients in a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Place the wings in the bag, seal the top, and shake until the wings are lightly coated all over.

Place each wing on the grill spread out. Grill, flipping the wings every 5 minutes, for a total of 20 minutes of cooking, until no longer pink and golden brown on the outside.
