Creamy Cheesy Stuffed Chicken

This is a tasty, delicious meal for the family with lots of tasty flavours. This is one to get your taste buds dribbling and the whole family asking for some more. It’s a pretty easy but taste effective recipe. You will have clean plates and people asking for the recipe so be sure to save it. To make it a bit easier have your onion pepper sliced before starting and cheese grated so you can go straight through all the steps.

Get your chicken breasts and add a tbsp of tomato & chilli pesto.

Add a tbsp of chicken seasoning.

And now a tbsp of smoked paprika.

And then a shake if crushed chillis depending how hot you want it.

Give it all a good stir so the chicken breasts are covered.

Add some chilli oil and garlic gloves to a pan & heat.

While your oil is heating, stuff your chicken breasts with red pepper, red onion & cheese.

Use skewers to wrap and hold the chicken breasts in place.

Brown the stuffed chicken in the pan.

Once your chicken looks like this it’s ready to transfer to the oven. Cook in the oven for 25 mins on 180.

While chicken is cooking in the oven add some cream to the pan using the flavours left in there.

Give it a good stir.

Add a cup of chicken stock.

Add a tbsp of garlic & herb philledelphia & mix.

Add some grated cheese, i used red leceister but you can use cheddar.

Stir until cheese has melted.

Remove chicken from oven and pour the juices into the pan and stir.

Add chicken to sauce.

Cover the chicken with sauce and cook for 10 minutes on a low heat.

The colour will change and now your dish is ready.

Serve with some mashed potato and steamed spinach! Enjoy.

preheat oven to 180
marinade Chicken breasts with 1 tbsp of tomato & chilli pesto, 1 tbsp chicken seasoning, 1 tbsp smoked paprika & a shake of chilli flakes depending how hot you’d like it. give it a mix so the chicken breasts are covered.
stuff the chicken breasts with slices of red onion, red pepper and grated cheese.
use a skewer to hold the chicken breast together.
heat chilli oil and garlic cloves in a pan.
brown off the chicken breasts then put them in the oven for 25 minutes.
pour some double cream into the pan and use the flavours still in there and mix into cream.
add a cup of chicken stock.
add Tbsp of garlic and herb philledelphia & stir in.
add some grated cheese and mix until melted.
once chicken is done pour the juices into the sauce mix then place chicken into sauce.
cover chicken in sauce and leave for 10 minutes on low.
sauce will change colour and go more orange. It’s ready to eat. Tastes good served with mashed potato and steamed spinach. Enjoy
