Cheesy Stuff Chicken Breast Wrapped in Bacon

Who doesn't love bacon? Cover chicken breast with it and stuff it would cheese!

Start with bagel seasoning (I like the trader joe's brand) some shredded mozzarella cheese in half a packet of cream cheese.

Wash the chicken breast and butterfly it.

Using your hands (there's really no other way, then getting a little dirty), Mix the cheese with the cream cheese and then stuff it into the chicken breast.

Cover it in bacon, I used 3 slices. Each because this was a pretty big piece of chicken breast.

Stick it in the air fryer for twenty five minutes at four hundred degrees fahrenheit. If you have a smaller breast, you may only need to cook it for 15 or 20 minutes. I would say to keep an eye on it. You can also bake this. But I love using my air fryer because it's smaller rather then heating up the whole oven and cooks everything so deliciously.

Since this was a big breat, you will want to turn it towards the last 5 minutes in order to make sure the bacon cooks on the bottom.

These dish was great with the side of sweet potato and green beans. Even the kids ate a deconstructed version.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 packet cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon everything bagel seasoning
  • Packet of bacon
Instructions

Wash and butterfly the chicken
Mix the cheese and spices by hand and stuff in the chicken
Wrap in bacon
Place in air fryer at 400 for 20 min
Turn to cook bottom piece of bacon and cook another 5 min
