How to make baked applesauce doughnuts. These fall donuts are quick to make, and they are baked instead of fried to save time and calories.

Since you use applesauce for the flavor, you don't even have to peel and chop an apple. The applesauce also makes them light and fluffy.

Then roll them in butter and cinnamon sugar for a delicious topping. You can also make a glaze or use caramel sauce for a topping. You can also add fall themed sprinkles.

I like to use a silicone donut pan to make clean up easy. You can also make them in a mini muffin tin, but watch them so they don't burn as they bake.
