Welcome to Dishplay _It, where you will find easy homemade recipes, with wholesome ingredients to ELEVATE your home cooked meals!


This is a new creation, this moroccan meatballs are so tasty, packed with bold flavors, and so delicious. You can try over couscous, or mediterranean lettuce wraps. Either way, you are in for a treat.


Simple ingredients:


1 Lb of ground turkey

1/3 cup of Panko crumbs

1 large egg

1 tsp of cumin

1/4 tsp of all spice

1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon

Kosher salt + pepper

3 cloves of garlic, minced


Simply mix all the ingredients and form the meatballs. Then baked to perfection to enjoy with your favorite mediterranean couscous salad or in a pita wrap.




Simple delicious moroccan spices turkey meatball for a lean dinner packed with bold flavors.

Simple use your favorite ground meat, like turkey, chicken beef or lamb. then mixx all the spices together with the egg and Panko crumbs to bind all the ingredients together.

Form into meatballs and place them in a lined sheet tray. Then baked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb of ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup of Panko crumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp of cumin
  • 1/4 tsp of all spice
  • 1/8 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • Kosher salt + pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
Instructions

Pre- heat oven at 400 degrees.
In a small bowl mix the spices, Panko crumbs and eggs. Then in a large bowl add the turkey meat. Roll into small meatballs. It can yield between 15-20 meatballs.
Transfer into a lined sheet pan, add the meatballs and drizzle a little of extra virgin olive oil. Cook fro about 10-15 minutes and broil for 5 minutes.
Tips
  • You can also pan fry the meatballs for a crispier texture.
