Chimichurri Burger Recipe

Burger perfection starts with a few simple ingredients from the grocery store: lean ground beef, pork, an egg and spices. After many seasons of BBQ, we’ve combined these ingredients in a way that makes the best homemade burgers you’ve ever had!

What is chimichurri sauce?

Chimichurri sauce is a fresh dressing that originated in Argentina and can be used as a marinade or condiment to add to many kinds of dishes. It can easily be made with fresh parsley, olive oil and red wine vinegar.

We first were exposed to chimichurri at a local steak house as a dip for our tomahawk steak and we have been addicted ever since!
