High Protein PB & J Cups

I was craving something sweet after my dinner and made these peanut butter & jelly yogurt cups. They're only 3 ingredients and over 20 grams of protein and low in calories - not to mention so yummy! I used peanut butter powder as it is lower in calories and higher in protein, but feel free to use regular peanut butter or any nut butter you prefer. For the jam I used a sugar-free strawberry, but again use whatever you have on hand or prefer. I topped it with some shaved dark chocolate for garnish and extra yumminess.

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 4 tbsp peanut butter (powder or regular)
  • 2 tbsp jam of choice (sugar-free or regular)
  • dark chocolate to garnish (optional)

Combine the yogurt with the peanut butter
Swirl in your jam
Shave dark chocolate on top to garnish
  • If using PB powder, add some water if the consistency is too thick
  • Freeze them for an 'ice-cream' version!
