  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 heaped tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Lemon wedges, to serve

In a bowl, combine the oil, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
Place the salmon fillets in the bowl with the parsley marinade. Coat both sides of the fillets evenly with the marinade. Allow the salmon to marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated salmon fillets to the pan, along with any remaining parsley marinade.
Cook the salmon fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and easily flake with a fork.
Serve the cooked salmon fillets immediately, alongside some lemon wedges to squeeze on top if desired. Enjoy your flavorful parsley-marinated salmon!
