Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3 heaped tablespoons chopped parsley (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 Lemon wedges, to serve

In a bowl, combine the oil, chopped parsley, crushed garlic, and season with salt and pepper.
