Rosemary Lemon Marinated Salmon
Here I go again with another lemon recipe!
On Mother’s Day, my husband wanted to grill a nice dinner for me, which turned into me buying what I wanted him to grill and me making the sides; does this happen to anyone else?! He did go to the store and get me all of the yummy treats for dessert, so I can’t complain.
I found some gorgeous salmon filets at the Fresh Market and decided to create a light and refreshing lemon marinade for it. The rosemary lemon marinated grilled salmon turned out to be the perfect light Mother’s Day dinner to go with all my indulgent desserts of the night! It’s all about moderation right?!
I hope you enjoy this light and refreshing take on grilled salmon this spring and summer!
Light and simple salmon dish to enjoy all spring and summer long.
Simple, refreshing ingredients blend perfectly for this salmon marinade.
Be sure to reserve 1/4 of marinade for serving. Place the rest of the marinade in a ziplock bag with salmon and refrigerate for 1 hour.
