In just a few minutes make these easy Air Fried Eggs for breakfast!

Air Fried Eggs are so easy to make in the Air Fryer, another way to make a quick and easy meal just with your air fryer.

Air Fried Eggs

These eggs only took about 6 minutes in our air fryer, it’s very similar to these Sheet Pan Eggs, only this time using the air fryer.

If you need 12 eggs, by all means, go with the sheet pan method, if you only need 2-4, the air fryer is the best choice.

Can you use Aluminum Foil in the Air Fryer?
Air Fried Eggs

It’s best to use aluminum foil in the air fryer to make these. We curled the foil on the side to hold the eggs in place and to still allow the air to circulate in the air fryer.

Think of it like ‘tenting’ the foil or making a little ‘pan’ out of foil.

Tips for Making Air Fried Eggs:

Once we had this down, we simply cracked the egg on the foil. I did 2 at a time, but you can do up to 4 or more depending on the size of the air fryer.

These will then be air fried at 390*F for about 6 minutes, the first time you make them I would keep a close eye because you will want to cook them until your desired doneness.

Remember – ALL AIR FRYERS heat differently, so watch them closely the first time you make them. Our Ninja Air Fryer was perfect at 6 minutes.

Also, air fryers heat differently, so you may need to go up to 8 minutes.

We like ours a little runny in the middle, so 6 minutes was perfect for us.

Air Fried Eggs

Once they are done, just use a spatula to scoop them right off the foil, and then you can cook more if you would like.

If you prefer not to use foil, 4oz ramekins are perfect for most air fryers. Simply crack the egg into the ramekin and proceed the same way as if you were using foil.

Should you use cooking oil spray to make Air Fried Eggs?

Remember to always spray the foil with cooking oil spray in between each time you cook to avoid the eggs sticking.

I have used olive oil cooking spray and it works just fine in our air fryer, it does have a low smoke point. It’s best to use Grapeseed Oil Cooking Spray.

These Air Fried Eggs pair wonderfully with Air Fryer Bacon or Air Fryer Cinnamon Rolls.

It also ends up being a great way for the kids to learn to cook eggs too!

Actually well-poached eggs made in the microwave in a special-width container, a piece of ham or pieces of bacon and a square of Swiss or Cheddar on an English muffin - reheat a little in the microwave. Whole process about 10 minutes.

And.........bingo: close your eyes and you are eating at McDonald's.
