It's the New Year! It is time to celebrate for new beginnings, new adventures and more blessings. As a tradition we start the New Year with a Sparkling cocktail, made with champagne or other sparkling wine and these fruity ice cubes. You can select the combination of fruit flavors depending on the season, from cranberries in the Winter to berries in the summer, the possibilities are endless.

For this recipe I decided to use winter fruits like cranberry, and nothing better than orange to go together.

These are the simple ingredients:

  • mini ice cube tray
  • cranberry juice
  • fresh cranberries
  • rosemary sprigs

Just a few ingredients of fruits in season for this delicious treat.

First add small pieces of oranges in each cube. Then add a fresh cranberry to compliment the ice cube.

also, add a small sprig of rosemary fro color and flavor.

Then add, fresh orange juice on half of the ice cube tray, and fresh cranberry juice on the other half.

Make sure to freeze for at least 6 hours, but it is recommended to freeze overnight.

You can use these tangy festive ice cubes to make delicious mimosas or simple add to sparkling water for a refreshing treat.

Happy New Year! Cheers to new recipes!
