Is it Friday yet? Does anyone else associate Fridays with pizza night? I don’t know if you feel the same, but for some reason I make pizza dough on Fridays on auto-pilot 😌 I mean, you can eat pizza everyday, it's the carbs that you need in your life, everything in moderation right? 🤓

This pizza ranks in the top 2 that I’ve ever made from scratch. The secret? A fluffy dough rested overnight and topped with simple ingredients. I'm not a fan of overcomplicating pizza, just layer it down with some good pizza sauce (opting for red sauce here) and added dried herbs (such as oregano or zaatar), lots of cheese, herbs and some meat if you'd like 🍕
