Fresh Spring Pasta Primavera with Feta is the perfect easy spring dinner. This recipe is perfect for a backyard barbecue, outdoor picnic, or easy weeknight dinner.

This recipe was inspired by fresh flavors of spring from the farmers market. Fresh asparagus and peas are perfect in this recipe – which makes it the ultimate pasta for spring!

The best part of this recipe is that it’s done in only 15 minutes!

This recipe was inspired by going to my local farmers market. With the pandemic the last year, I haven’t been able to visit my favorite farmers market, but as more things open up outdoors, I’ve loved starting to go back to the famers market again!

I’ve been so inspired by the freshness of spring this year – maybe it’s because it resembles a new beginning and new life after things have been closed for so long.

Or maybe it’s just because I love fresh asparagus!

This recipe is truly so easy – and if possible, is best enjoyed with close and healthy family and friends.

This recipe is great paired with a crisp white wine, like a dry Riesling or a Sauvignon Blanc. If you’re looking to add even more flavor to this dish, I recommend adding fresh microgreens or fresh basil to top.

Add garlic, red pepper flakes, white wine, and salt and pepper. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
Add asparagus, peas, and lemon juice to the pan. Add pasta, and stir well. If pasta seems dry, add pasta water 1 tbsp at a time until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
