Decadent, delicious bake that tastes like a brownie!

Delicious and easy to make dessert idea

This dessert is made vegan friendly but you can easily replace the flax with a regular egg. It's best served warm, with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream or whipped cream! It's a very versatile recipe as it can also be prepped before to be kept as breakfast! You can easily serve with yogurt and fruit.

Ingredients

You will need brown sugar and regular granulated sugar. You can sub the brown sugar for coconut sugar too. You will need to brown your butter, but make sure not to burn it as this will alter the taste!

You will need flax seeds or a regular egg if you don't want this to be vegan. Use rolled oats, baking soda, vanilla and chocolate chips. You can add any add-ons in reality! Walnuts, white chocolate chips etc...I also added a tablespoon of protein powder from my favorite brand but feel free to leave this one out.

These sound delicious, but I am wondering.. will the recipe work with real vs. vegan substitutes (i.e. butter)?
