Chocolate Coconut Muesli

Ingredients
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 2.5 cups chopped nuts of your choice (I like almonds and hazelnuts)
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 3 cups seeds (I like linseed)
- 2 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 cups honey
- 3/4 cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), and prepare large baking try with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
- Once thoroughly mixed through, scoop out the mixture onto the baking tray and evenly spread the muesli around, use the back of a spoon to roughly flatten it.
- Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until beginning to look brown and firm.
- Remove from the oven, and let cool completely before breaking the muesli into chunks and storing in an airtight container.
