Ingredients

  • 6 cups rolled oats
  • 2.5 cups chopped nuts of your choice (I like almonds and hazelnuts)
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 3 cups seeds (I like linseed)
  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1.5 cups honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit), and prepare large baking try with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
Once thoroughly mixed through, scoop out the mixture onto the baking tray and evenly spread the muesli around, use the back of a spoon to roughly flatten it.
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for 30-40 minutes, or until beginning to look brown and firm.
Remove from the oven, and let cool completely before breaking the muesli into chunks and storing in an airtight container.
