This recipe has been a favorite of ours for the longest time. Not everyone in our household loves seafood as much as I do but we do enjoy these tacos pretty often.

I grew up eating seafood in many different ways and I'm glad that even now as my ways of eating have evolved into Keto that I am still able to enjoy a good taco seafood or not. As the weather warms up it encourages me to want to eat alfresco and this recipe is amazing to serve outdoors even if cooked indoors.

Grilled on a pan, flavorful tilapia fish and toppings make the perfect taco fillings. Load up your Siete tortillas, add your favorite toppings and enjoy a fiesta of flavor in your mouth.



Ingredients

  • Trader Joe's Chile Lime seasoning blend
  • 2 fresh round radish
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
  • 1 pound tilapia, cut into strips or grill as is
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice, divided
  • 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup o greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of TJ's Chile Lime seasoning
  • Salt
  • Warm Siete almond flour tortillas


Directions

1. Defrost fish per packaging instructions.

2. Heat pan with cooking oil

3. Grill fish and add seasoning according to your preference or a teaspoon per side. Grill on each side 4-5 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, prep Chile lime seasoning sauce.

5. Once fish is done cooking let it rest and cool on a sheet pan or plate.

6. Rinse and slice the round radishes and warm up the tortillas according to serving size.

7. Serve fish on warm tortillas with sauce and radish slices. Refrigerate any leftovers.
