I spent a few years air frying or baking salmon because it was simple, but in my opinion, nothing preserves the moisture of the fish better than pan searing it. Key tips to pan searing salmon- 1) Make sure it's room temperature. If you take it straight out of the fridge and fry it immediately, there is a good chance it will cook unevenly. 2) Make sure to season it well. The flavor will complement the fat from the salmon. 3) Make sure that the pan is hot before putting your salmon in. This will ensure a perfect sear and crust.

Ingredients

  • 1 salmon filet
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Garlic Flavor God seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
Instructions

Season your salmon and let it rest at room temperature.
Heat the olive oil in pan on medium high heat.
Once the pan is hot, add the salmon.
Cook for 3-4 min per side.
