Miso Glazed Salmon

Here is my new Miso Glazed Salmon dinner to the rescue and bring a healthy dinner to your family table in less than 30 minutes. Just simple and fresh ingredient to feed tour family healthy dinner that it packed with nutrient sand tasty flavors.
The amazing combination of flavors:
- sockeye wild salmon
- miso paste
- coconut aminos
The key is to make the miso marinade and pour over the salmon fillets to rest for about 20 minutes before cooking. Then baked to perfection to be served with rice, veggies and cilantro.

Once you make the miso marinade pour over the salmon, season with salt and pepper and let it rest for about 20 minutes, before cooking.

Miso Glazed Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 pieces of sockeye salmon
- Miso marinade:
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup
- 1 tbsp of coconut aminos
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of salt
- Side dishes/;
- 4 cups of cooked rice
- 1 handful of cilantro
- 1 lime cut into quarters
- 4 mini color bell peppers cut in julienne
Instructions
- pad dry the 4 pieces of salmon
- prepare the miso marinade: in a bowl mix the miso paste, olive oil, maple syrup and coconut aminos, whisk together
- Pour over the salmon let it marinate for at least 20 minutes
- pre- heat oven and air fry at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and high broil for 5 minutes
- Serve with white or brown rice, side fresh veggies, cilantro and lemon/ lime wedge
