Vic’s Tricks To…Devilicious Eggs
Deviled eggs are really one of those things that people either love or hate.
If you hate, well then why did you even click on this?
If you’re like me, you loveeee a nice spicy tangy deviled egg.
Now if you’ve never made them before well you’re in luck because:
1) I’m about to tell you how and 2) they are SO EASY!
—
First, you’ll need to hard boil the eggs.
But, have no fear, there are 2 Vic Tricks here…
Hard “boil” the eggs…in the oven!
Place the eggs in cupcake tins and bake in the oven at 325° for 25 minutes.
Then immediately throw the eggs into an ice water bath. This will shock the shells right off, making them so easy to peel!
THAT’S WHAT WE CALL A TWOFER FOLKS!
Once your eggs are peeled, cut in half, remove the yolks into a bowl and set aside the whites.
To the yolks, add mayonnaise, white vinegar, yellow mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne and mix until combined.
Spoon into the halves of egg whites or…
If you’re feeling fancy…
Place the yolk mixture into a ziplock bag, cut one of the corners, and pipe the mixture into the egg whites.
Top with paprika for some added flavor and a beautiful presentation.
Happy Eating!

The oven temp at first was 325 for 25 min and the actual oven temp in the recipe was 400 for 25 min. Which is the correct temp? Thanks.
Donna
Do you take the eggs out of the refrigerator or should they be room temperature?
