Quick Canned Mackerel Tikka Salad Dressing
Made in 1 minute, you'll love how tasty this easy keto canned mackerel tikka salad dressing is. This works best with tinned mackerel in olive oil or extra virgin olive oil, otherwise, use 2 ½ tbsp of a healthy oil instead for an Omega 3 rich recipe.

- Drain the olive oil or extra virgin olive oil from the canned mackerel into a bowl. Avoid inflammatory oils, such as sunflower oil if you can!
- Stir in tikka paste from a jar
- Then some balsamic vinegar
- Place the drained mackerel on the salad and drizzle over the quick and easy tikka salad dressing!

Ingredients
- 125 g Can of mackerel in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or 88g cooked mackerel & 2.5 tbsp of E.V Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp tikka paste
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Drain the extra extra virgin olive oil from the canned mackerel into a small bowl.
- Stir in the tikka paste.
- The the balsamic vinegar
- Place the mackerel on top of your salad and drizzle over the dressing.
