Made in 1 minute, you'll love how tasty this easy keto canned mackerel tikka salad dressing is. This works best with tinned mackerel in olive oil or extra virgin olive oil, otherwise, use 2 ½ tbsp of a healthy oil instead for an Omega 3 rich recipe.

How to Make Easy Tikka Salad With Canned Mackerel

This 3 ingredient tikka salad dressing is so here, I'm going to show you how I make it.

  1. Drain the olive oil or extra virgin olive oil from the canned mackerel into a bowl. Avoid inflammatory oils, such as sunflower oil if you can!
  2. Stir in tikka paste from a jar
  3. Then some balsamic vinegar
  4. Place the drained mackerel on the salad and drizzle over the quick and easy tikka salad dressing!

  • 125 g Can of mackerel in Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or 88g cooked mackerel & 2.5 tbsp of E.V Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp tikka paste
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Drain the extra extra virgin olive oil from the canned mackerel into a small bowl.
Stir in the tikka paste.

Place the mackerel on top of your salad and drizzle over the dressing.
