  • Love pimento cheese! My parents were both from Vienna, Austria and my mom always made her family version of liptauer - similar to Southern pimento cheese. My mom had a friend from the deep south and introduced her to pimento cheese and she fell in love. Every celebration or holiday both made an appearance. Thanks for sharing! Will definitely make this for the upcoming holiday!
