If someone asked me what my favorite condiment was, the answer is easy for me. Ranch! I love dipping celery, sugar snap peas, and carrots in ranch. It is an easy snack and I usually keep a tub of ranch in my fridge for this reason. This ranch is so flavorful!

Why wouldn’t you just buy ranch to save time?

You don’t know what is in all those ranch bottles. There are probably so many preservatives so this way you know your ranch doesn’t. You can buy preservative free ranch but usually it is costly. I promise you this ranch is so tangy and you can modify the thickness by how much buttermilk you add. I used dried ingredients instead of fresh because it is just as good and so I can have them on hand the next time I want to make the ranch again.

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Juice ¼ lemon
  • 1/4–3/4 cup buttermilk, depending how thick you want it
Instructions

Stir well and then add the buttermilk. Keep stirring and adding in until you get the consistency you want.
Tips
  • You can use fresh parsley, chives and dill. I recommend doing a tablespoon of chopped dill and a little less of each parsley and chives.
