Best Baked Spinach Dip Instructions
Preheat oven to 400º F.
Mix all of the ingredients together – I like to save 1/3 of the Monterey Jack cheese to sprinkle on the end.
Put in 9×9 baking dish or individual ramekins. I actually make my spinach dip in a similar dish like this one.
Bake for 15 minutes at 400º or until bubbling.
Broil for a few minutes to brown cheese.
Serve the easy artichoke dip with tortilla chips, crackers, pita chips, toasted bread, or etc.

- 1 can Artichoke Hearts (cut into smaller pieces)
- 2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1 jar roasted garlic alfredo sauce
- 1 box/ package frozen spinach or 3 cups cooked spinach
