If you’re like me, you’re always searching for a quick, delicious treat that will not only taste great, but keep you full. These Cake Batter Protein Balls are the perfect guilt free treat! This snack is so easy to make and SO much fun to throw together. All you need is 1 bowl and 7 ingredients, it’s that easy! And the best part!? They taste just like vanilla sprinkle cake!

Cake Batter Protein Balls

  • 1/2 Cup of Coconut Flour 
  • 1 Scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder (use plant based protein powder if making vegan)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Pure Vanilla Extract 
  • 3 Tablespoons melted Coconut Oil 
  • 3 Tablespoons of Monk Fruit Sweetener 
  • 5 Tablespoons of Milk (use dairy free milk if making vegan)
  • Pinch of Salt 
  • Optional: 1/4 Cup of Sprinkles 

Toss all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until a dough forms.
Using roughly 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into balls. 
Store in the fridge. Enjoy!
