My husband and I just wanted a quick but rich treat for our evening snack meal, and this Oreo mousse definitely satisfied the cravings. Its chocolatey, perfectly sweet and needs barely any time, ingredients or effort to prepare!


Ingredients for the Oreo Protein Mousse:

This recipe for Oreo Protein Mousse uses healthy ingredients. No heavy cream and sugar involved!

  • Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Chocolate Protein Powder for high protein mousse!
  • I used Quest Nutrition Chocolate flavor.
  • Cookies & Cream flavored Peanut Butter Powder from Flavored PB Co.
  • Plain PB powder from Lakanto (the code HAYLSKITCHEN gives you a discount) or PbFit or PB2 would work too.
  • Black Cocoa Powder; I use the one from Weirdo Good.
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia Powder

And for the White Chocolate Oreo Cookie topping on this Mousse

  • Oreo Cookie I use the Oreo Thins, but regular ones work too.
  • White Chocolate Chips – I use sugar free white chocolate chips from ChocZero here for the contrast.
  • But another sugar free regular chocolate chip option is Lakanto (same discount here too) or Lily’s!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, 225g
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 45g
  • 2 Tbsp Cookies & Cream flavored Peanut Butter Powder, Recommendation below, 12g
  • 3 Tbsp Black Cocoa Powder, 15g
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Stevia Sweetener, Equivalent to 4 tsp sugar
Toppings:
  • 2 tsp White Chocolate Chips, Sugar free recommended below
  • 2 Oreo Thins Cookies
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients – Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter powder, black cocoa powder, vanilla and sweetener.
Stir, add white chocolate chips and crushed Oreo.Enjoy chilled!
